Screening Qualifications

 
Monthly Income:
3.5 x Rent

Employment:
Verify prior employment history if less than 12 months on current job.

Credit:
Need good credit. Flexibility regarding medical and discharged bankruptcy. Good credit since bankruptcy.

Rental History:
Must be good. We automatically reject application if you have prior unsatisfied eviction/judgment. Verify 5 years rental history when possible.

Co-Signer:
We accept strong co-signers if applicant has a weak credit or rental history. In lieu of co-signer, additional deposit may be required. * (see note below)

Minimum Age:
20 Years old.

Pets:
Dependent upon apartment restrictions and availability. Pet deposit and recurring monthly rental fee required if pet friendly unit is available. Breed restrictions do apply.

Occupants:
1 Bedroom= 2 persons
2 Bedroom= 4 persons

Roommates:
Must qualify individually, unless married.

*Note: Cosigners must have income 5 times the rent.
